Ura does not submit the Midnight credit merely because a Cardano transaction was seen. It waits until the corresponding CardanoBlocksTransactions evidence is available and verified. ## Current latency The last strict measured run waited about 52.9 minutes for certification. Observed Preprod certification waits were commonly about 47–60 minutes. A deployment-pipeline error kept the signed CardanoBlocksTransactions block offset at 100 instead of the intended lower configuration. The correction was merged on 26 August 2026 and a fresh measurement is pending deployment. > A roughly seven-minute bridge target is an expectation for the corrected configuration, not a current measurement or guarantee. ## Verification rule Only certificate-signed protocol-message values are used to determine the active configuration.
